  • Item Condition: Items must be returned unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Return and Exchange Processing: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 20 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size or color, based on availability.
