3. Return and Exchange Costs
- Return Shipping Fee:
Customers are responsible for a $30 return shipping fee, which will either be deducted from your refund or charged separately for exchanges. - Original Shipping Costs:
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item.
